Greta J. Charboneau

June 21, 1926-June 27, 2022
Greta J. Charboneau, 96, of Oriskany Falls,
passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022, at the MVHS Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Greta was born on June 21, 1926, in Norway to the late Mangor and Clara (Syversten) Bjørnstad. Greta met her husband, John Charboneau, while he was stationed in Norway, and they were united in marriage in 1945 until his passing in 2003…Click HERE for the complete obituary.

Summer Reading Forms can be completed online too!
So no worries if you can’t make it to the library, lose yours, or just want to get your name in there
before the raffle drawings (July 28 & August 25). Yes, you can still pick up your mini prize the next time you visit too
(freeze pop, ocean sticker, sparkling water, inspirational chocolate, or tangerine tea)!

*Kids 0-4 have their own prize bin without waiting for the other raffles.
Nab your Oyster Bracelet Craft when you swing by during open hours this week!
Take & Make crafts are available right in the entryway.
Bring it home or make it here (glue sticks, etc. are available in the Children’s Room).
Summer Hours are the same as the rest of the year!
Mon – Fri: 11 am – 6 pm

Submit your idea(s) either online with this Google Form:
or drop it off on paper to the library (inside at the desk or in the drop box).
Programs should:
– Aim to include the Summer Reading theme for 2022, Oceans of Possibilities
– Have an overall budget of under $100 (the more budget savvy program ideas, the more we can bring to life)
– Be free & open to the public (i.e. no admission fees or criteria)
– Be something you think would benefit members of the community
